Former Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano's prison surrender has been postponed again.
Mangano was slated to start his 12-year prison sentence this week.
The former county executive and his wife Linda were convicted in 2019 of accepting bribes from an Oyster Bay businessman in exchange for preferential treatment. They were also convicted of lying to the FBI to cover it up.
Mangano's surrender has been delayed four times as he appeals his conviction.
His wife has had her surrender delayed three times. She is supposed to serve 15-months behind bars.
