A man who was arrested after driving off a 50-foot cliff in Greenport was arraigned on Wednesday.
Police say 56-year-old Rodger Foster led them on a chase across the North Fork for 45 minutes.
Foster was initially pulled over for slashing tires, according to authorities.
The judge asked for $250,000 cash bail and $500,000 bond.
