Police are searching for a man they say robbed a dry cleaners in West Hempstead.

Detectives say the man went into Millenium Dry Cleaners on Hempstead Turnpike, walked behind the counter and showed a gun while demanding cash.

The employee complied and the suspect ran out with an unknown amount of money.

No one was hurt during the incident.
