A birthday party in North Valley Stream turned deadly Sunday and police say the gunman is still on the loose.Officials say the fatal shooting occurred around 11 p.m. at 68 Wingate Drive West. They say as many as 100 people were at the party when the shooting happened.Police say the victim was shot numerous times by the gunman. He was taken to Franklin Hospital where he was pronounced dead.The identity of the victim has not been released yet.
