A man shot on the streets of Hempstead Thursday has died.Officials said 23-year-old Abkeen Cochran died Friday morning of his injuries. According to police, neighbors reported hearing shots around 3:30 p.m. Thursday at a Linden Avenue home.Police said Cochran was shot at least four or five times and at least once in the torso and leg.
