A Freeport man has admitted to taking advantage of Long Islanders trying to recover from Superstorm Sandy.
Keith Shippey pleaded guilty yesterday to burglary and grand larceny charges.

Police say Shippey broke into two Sandy-damaged homes in Freeport last spring.
