A North Carolina man has been charged with attempted murder for a road rage shooting that occurred on the New Jersey Turnpike in October, according to authorities.
Police say 34-year-old Brandon Rudd was driving his Nissan Altima in Mansfield Township when he shot at the victim's Cadillac Escalade.
The victim was not hurt. Authorities say Rudd is being held in a North Carolina jail awaiting extradition.
