A man accused of a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a college student from Floral Park has been arrested.
Police say Austin Breyette, 25, hit 18-year-old Alexa Kropf while he was on his dirt bike.
The crash happened near Albany where Kropf was going to school.
Kropf had to be placed in a medically induced coma.
Breyette is facing charges, including assault and leaving the scene.
