Man arrested in car bomb plot at Kan. Airport
Officials say a planned airport explosion has been thwarted in Kansas.
The FBI says a Wichita airport worker was trying to drive what they thought was a car bomb into the crowded Kansas airport today.
Officials say Terry Lee Loewen, 58, wanted to wage war in the United States as a part of Jihad.
According to officials, the FBI was aware of the plot and the explosives were fake.
Loewen is charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction - and attempting to provide support to al-Qaida.
