A Queens man was arrested Saturday for allegedly driving drunk and leading police on a pursuit through Nassau County.
Police say Eddy Polanco, 24, drove off after an accident early Saturday morning, passing a trooper on the Southern State Parkway near Exit 14.
Polanco allegedly refused to pull over, exited the parkway at Exit 17 and lost control of the car, striking a trooper's vehicle on Hempstead Avenue.
Polanco is accused of fleeing from a police officer, reckless endangerment, driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
