A Woodbury man accused of shooting at a neighbor's home from his own back door was arraigned on a felony reckless endangerment charge Friday.
Police say Rocco Colucci fired several rounds from an AR-15 rifle from his home on Woodbury Farms Drive Wednesday night.
Some of the shots hit a house on Caumsett Wood Lane. Officials say that there was a family of four inside the home at the time of the incident, but no one was hurt.
News 12 has acquired court documents and a written statement in which the suspect allegedly admitted he had been drinking earlier in the evening and fired a few rounds outside the back door of his home.
Colucci, who is the president and owner of Two Brothers Scrap Metal, is due back in court in two weeks.
Despite an apparent admission of guilt, defense attorney James Pascarella says that his client denies the charge.
