An alleged drunk driver is accused of driving the wrong way on Sunrise Highway and crashing into an ambulance in Baldwin.

The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday near Exit 20S on Sunrise Highway.

Police say Joaquin Cabrera, 57, cut across the median, hit the ambulance then drove off. He was stopped shortly after.
