A West Babylon man is accused of driving drunk, hitting another car and crashing into a Chinese restaurant. The incident happened just before 10:30 yesterday at the Gourmet Wok on Walt Whitman Road

A West Babylon man is accused of driving drunk, hitting another car and crashing into a Chinese restaurant.
The incident happened just before 10:30 yesterday at the Gourmet Wok on Walt Whitman Road and Schwab Road in Melville.
Police say John Shepard was drunk when he rear-ended another driver and then went through the window of the restaurant.
The business was open at the time, but no one was hurt.
