A Farmingville man is accused of driving high on drugs with a toddler in his car.
Richard O'Donnell, 32, was pulled over for failing to stay in his lane on Express Drive North in Brentwood Tuesday night. Police say he was under the influence of drugs and had a 2-year-old boy with him.
There is no word yet on the exact drug he is accused of using or his relationship to the little boy.
O'Donnell now faces felony charges under Leandra's Law.
