If you have a sweet tooth, there is a place in Hicksville to try – it’s called Thin Cookies.

It started as a home business for Zohal Raja who loves to bake cookies.

Zohal and her husband Yoseph were baking in a commercial kitchen in Queens, selling their cookies at 25 wholesale locations across New York over one year.

In May 2022, the couple signed the lease to their first retail store in Hicksville, a few blocks away from their home.
