This week's Made in Connecticut is all about fresh-squeezed juice from Ripe Juice Bar in Wallington.
Truckloads of limes, lemons and oranges are squeezed every day to go into the company's cocktail and mocktail mixers.
A conveyor system is used to sanitize and sterilize the fruit. The fruit is then separated from the peel before it is juiced.
The pulp is strained from the juice and then hand-blended in 100-gallon batches.
