Long Island's last Kmart set to close in October

After 25 years in Bridgehampton, the last full-sized Kmart in the U.S. will close its doors on Oct. 20.
The last remaining Kmart is a smaller version of the store in Miami.
Shoppers say they're sad to see the store go, but also that it's not completely unexpected.
This is one of the last big box stores on the east end of Long Island, with the next closest store being Walmart, just under 25 miles away in Riverhead.
