A judge set bail Monday for the Port Jefferson Station man who admitted to shooting his younger brother over the weekend at $250,000.
Sean Clark, 18, says he accidentally shot his 17-year-old brother Brian in the face Saturday night with a shotgun. He was arrested and charged with manslaughter. According to the felony complaint obtained by News 12 Long Island, Clark told officers "I pointed the gun at him. I pulled the trigger and the gun fired."
The assistant district attorney says Sean Clark spent time in the Marines and received weapons training. He told police he bought the gun two weeks ago and practiced firing it at a nearby range.
Clark was ordered to wear a monitoring device and is due back in court Friday. He is not allowed to leave the county.
