You can find many businesses in Lake Ronkonkoma, but there's one small office with a very big history.
"It got a rough reception at first, the computer telling us how many punches are being thrown and landed," says Compubox founder Bob Cannobio, of Manorville.
Turns out, he was on to something.
Thirty-six years ago, his boxing stat keeping system Compubox made it's debut on HBO sports and it's still going strong.
"We had the program done, worked out some off TV shows took it to HBO, and they kind of bought it on site," Bob Cannobio explains.
Combat sports is in the Connobio blood. Bob Connobio's sons Dan and Nick both have fighting careers on the mic and behind the scenes.
"In 2013, I started promoting MMA events and we kind of evolved," says Nick Connobio, who promotes Flex Fights Series MMA events.
Nick Connobio says the Flex Fight Series will be held this Saturday at Bald Hill, starting at 1 p.m. and continuing all day long until 11 p.m. with 26 fights.
Meanwhile, brother Dan Connobio has turned his family's passion into his own show.
"We interviewed Mike Tyson, and Michael Buffer, and Tracy Morgan, and I also call fights with my brother's Flex Fights series doing play-by-play. So if there's a fight, I'm there," says "Inside Boxing Live" host Dan Connobio.
And odds are that both his father and brother are right beside him.
"They grew up with the sport. Nick would do his little sketches and Dan would call the fight," Bob Connobio says. He adds that his experience with his sons is a great one. "It's so far, so good and it beats working, that's for sure."
