Live music will be returning to the Surf Lodge in Montauk.
The popular club came to an agreement with the Town of East Hampton, which includes wrapping up outdoor concerts at 8 p.m.
The club will also reduce its maximum occupancy.
The Surf Lodge had to put its annual summer concert series on hold following permit issues and noise complaints.
