The Long Island Rail Road is advising riders to expect delays, canceled and combined trains due to an Amtrak switch problem.
A tweet said there will be reduced City Zone service because of the issue west of Woodside.
Service issues were being felt on the Babylon, Montauk, Ronkonkoma and West Hempstead branches.
The LIRR says Amtrak crews will work to fix the problem overnight, which will reduce service from Penn Station to Woodside.
The MTA says they do not expect service impacts to Wednesday’s morning rush.
To see if your train is affected, commuters are told to check their TrainTime app or at mta.info.
