This morning, commuters can expect to pay more to ride the Long Island Rail Road.

The MTA raised fares, starting on Sunday.

Monthly passes are up between $6 and $18.

Weekly passes will run between $2 and $6 more.

Meanwhile, one-way tickets are between $.25 and $1.25 more.

Officials say the prices depend on how far the commute is into the city.
