News 12 Long Island has learned that Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife in the Hamptons.
According to court documents, Lohan grabbed his estranged wife, Kate Major Lohan’s neck and kicked her Monday afternoon.
Lohan was arraigned in Southampton Village court Tuesday.
He was released with an electronic monitoring device and ordered to stay away from Kate.
Last month, Dina Lohan was arrested for allegedly driving drunk and leaving the scene of a crash.
