A Lindenhurst man has been charged with manslaughter for a crash that killed one person and hurt others.
The Suffolk DA says Felix Pantaleon was speeding and driving recklessly on the Southern State Parkway near Exit 39S in North Babylon when he crashed.
News 12 first reported about the crash when it happened in September.
News 12 is told the 22-year-old was cutting off other vehicles and weaving between lanes.
Prosecutors say he even used his phone to record himself doing it.
As News 12 has reported, the crash caused both cars to lose control and end up in the trees.
Reynaldo Collado, 49, of West Babylon died at the scene.
