Long Island beaches were jam-packed, some to capacity, on Long Island Tuesday.
Jones Beach had more than 100,000 people on the shore, while Sunken Meadow State Park saw nearly 70,000 beachgoers.
Attendance at Robert Moses was around 60,000 people.
Some of the beaches were at capacity and needed to be temporarily closed. They have all since reopened.
