The "Biker Bunny" and dozens of members of the L.I. Harley Riders rode from Huntington to Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola Saturday afternoon to brighten the day for children in the pediatric unit.
The visit marks the 13th year of the bikers' visit to bring toys to children who can't be home to celebrate Easter.
"It's amazing that they do this for the kids and it definitely perks up their spirits," said Jackie Pickman, whose son Matthew is in the pediatric unit.
Nicholas Newcomb, 11, was excited to see the motorcycles from his hospital window. He recently had his appendix taken out.
"I think it's pretty exciting and I think it helps a lot of people get over what's going on," said Newcomb.
