A Levittown man has been convicted of murdering his wife and attempting to kill his brother-in-law.
Thomas DiNapoli shot his wife Cheryl following an August 2020 argument in their home.
Cheryl's brother wrestled the gun away from DiNapoli, who then grabbed a second weapon and shot her brother in the arm.
DiNapoli is set to return to court for sentencing in July.
He faces a maximum of 50 years to life in prison.
