Old Saint Nick landed by helicopter at Herrick Park in East Hampton to help kick off the annual Santa Fest.
The event includes a parade down Main Street, an opportunity to take photos with Santa, a screening of the movie "Elf" and a tree lighting.
Santa Fest is hosted by the East Hampton Village Foundation.
All of the holiday activities are free.
