A Rockville Centre butcher shop is still chopping away after more than 80 years in business.

Kollner's Prime Meat has been open since the 1930s, and has been passed down through the generations. Originally bought by Bill Kollner, the store is currently owned by his grandson, Bill Breidenbach.

The meats are sold to restaurants, pizzerias, delis and a slew of steady customers.

The store is located at 320 Sunrise Highway.
