Police say they need the public?s help catching a dangerous man wanted for an attempted murder in Rockville Centre Sunday.
Officials consider Carl Perryman as armed and dangerous. Perryman was acquitted of murder in the spring, and police say he has since been involved in a robbery attempt as well.
Perryman allegedly shot and injured a man who he was walking with along a park path early Sunday. Police say the victim survived the shooting and managed to escape.
