Two Ku Klux Klan fliers were found posted at a Capitol One Bank in Hampton Bays last month, authorities say.
One was a recruitment flier. The other had an anti-gay image. Both were posted to the ATM at the Montauk Highway bank.
Police say the man who posted the fliers is Douglas Munker, 33, of Hampton Bays. Southampton authorities told News 12 that Munker was charged with a town code violation for distributing pamphlets on private property.
As News 12 has reported, pamphlets promoting the KKK were also found at a Hampton Bays housing complex back in August, and again in January.
