State police say DWI charges have been filed in yesterday's crash on Ocean Parkway.
According to police, Kala Mancini, 20, was driving four friends on Ocean Parkway near Tobay Beach around 4 a.m. yesterday when the incident occurred. Police say the Queens woman lost control.
Mancini's friend was thrown out of the backseat and has serious injuries.
Mancini is charged with DWI and police say there could be more charges.
