A Dutchess County jury found the Poughkeepsie man charged in the killing of a Marist College father during parents' weekend guilty on all charges.
Roy Johnson, 36, was convicted of shooting and killing 53-year-old Paul Kutz at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel on Route 9 last October.
Police say Johnson and another man - Devin Taylor - were staying at the hotel and had guns and bomb making materials in their room. Taylor already pleaded guilty to weapons charges in the case.
Officials say Johnson got into an argument with hotel staff and fired several shots in the lobby - one of which killed Kutz.
Johnson will be sentenced on June 26.
