A Dutchess County jury found the Poughkeepsie man charged in the killing of a Marist College father during parents' weekend guilty on all charges.

Roy Johnson, 36, was convicted of shooting and killing 53-year-old Paul Kutz at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel on Route 9 last October.

Police say Johnson and another man - Devin Taylor - were staying at the hotel and had guns and bomb making materials in their room. Taylor already pleaded guilty to weapons charges in the case.
