Jurors in the murder trial of a man accused of driving the wrong way down Meadowbrook Parkway while drunk began their fifth day of deliberations Tuesday.
The sequestered jury again told the judge that they could not come to a decision, but the judge told them to go back and work it out one last time. For the third time during deliberations, the jurors asked for the definition of depraved indifference murder.
If jurors don't want to convict Heidgen of murder, they could agree on the lesser charges of manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide.
