A judge ruled that a New Cassel mother who drowned her children can't get a share of their estate.
Leatrice Brewer was seeking a portion of the $350,000 settlement that her children's fathers got from the county.
Today, a judge ruled that her conduct was morally wrong and that she could not "financially benefit from that action."
Brewer was found not guilty due to mental illness.
