A company has received approval to buy the old Brookhaven campus of Dowling College.
A bankruptcy judge has reportedly approved the sale of the 105 acre campus in Shirley to "Triple Five Aviation" for $14 million.
The Canadian-based company plans to use the site as part of its effort to develop aviation technology.
Dowling College closed in 2016.
