A Northport man is accused of sexually attacking a woman outside of 7-Eleven.

Barbara Tilton tells News 12 Long Island that she was attacked at about 2 a.m. outside of her neighborhood 7-Eleven. Tilton says she stopped in to get coffee and was given permission to grab some empty boxes behind the store in a gated area. She says she didn't realize she was being followed until it was too late.

Tilton says the man groped and fondled her, then exposed himself. She says she finally got free, ran inside and called police.

Authorities canvassed the area but did not arrest the suspect, 25-year-old Juan Buesoramos, for several hours. Police say he lives right across the street from the store.

Buesoramos was arraigned this morning on felony charges. A judge set bail at $50,000.
