To celebrate the 90th birthday of Jones Beach, visitors will be offered a special discount on parking Sunday.
State park officials are charging the fee of that was offered in 1929 of just 50 cents per car, instead of the 2019 rate of $10.
Parkgoers also celebrated with a party and a birthday cake.
Jones Beach was first dedicated by former New York Gov. Franklin Delano Roosevelt 90 years ago. A lot has changed since Jones Beach first opened -- it now has restaurants, miniature golf and even a ropes course.
The park attracts more than 6 million people every year.
