A Jackson man brought Monmouth and Ocean County residents together to give back.
According to the Emergency Housing and Advocacy Program, which helps the homeless, Carlos Ricardo helps get businesses and families to donate warm clothes, first-aid kits and ready-to-eat meals.
The program operates out of St. Peter's Church.
