James Tagart facing DWI charges in fatal Levittown crash

The man accused in a fatal accident that shut down Hempstead Turnpike for hours yesterday will face a judge on DWI charges. Police say James Tagart, of Levittown, was driving drunk at 6 a.m. yesterday
