A Jamesport man is accused of driving an ATV high on the North Fork.
Police say they received a report of a man driving an ATV on Washington Avenue in Jamesport yesterday.
According to police, they found 42-year-old James Lebkuecher riding a three-wheeled Honda Trike. Cops say he then took off, but flipped over on Herricks Lane.
When officers caught up with him, they say Lebkuecher struggled with cops and tried to take an officer's gun.
Lebkuecher is charged with driving under the influence of drugs and resisting arrest.
