The day is an opportunity to meet an officer and build trust within the community.
There are several locations across Long Island that you can sit down with a member of Suffolk County’s finest.
In Bay Shore, grab a cup from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bay Shore Bean on East Main Street.
The Hauppauge Library will also be open 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Coffee with a Cop.
In the Seventh Precinct – officers will be waiting to chat at 7-Eleven in Port Jefferson Station from 10:30 a.m. to noon
In Riverhead, multiple locations will be open this morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
