It’s Groundhog Day! Chuckles, Beardsley Bart predict early spring

The Farmer’s Almanac is calling for an early spring across much of America.

Connecticut’s official state groundhog, Chuckles, has predicted an early spring!
The Lutz Children’s Museum in Manchester has been hosting the event for decades - they say Manchester Mayor Jay Moran is the only one in Connecticut who can translate groundhog.
Chuckles isn’t the only rodent making a prediction for Connecticut.
At Bridgeport’s Beardsley Zoo, the prairie dog “Beardsley Bart” delivered his prediction through Mayor Joe Ganim – an early spring!
