A new federal investigation was just completed on conditions of the Channel Park Homes in Long Beach.
According to the investigation, no mold was found in the units and the kitchen fixtures are in good condition.
Back in April, residents claimed their apartments were still not fixed more than three years after Sandy.
The Long Beach Housing Authority also has a series of improvements planned to prevent future damage.
