Several men have been indicted on conspiracy and drug possession charges for allegedly operating an interstate drug trafficking ring that shipped narcotics to Nassau County and New York City through the U.S. Postal Service.

Prosecutors said the case began in June 2023, when investigators learned that large amounts of drugs were being shipped through the U.S. mail. Packages were sent to addresses in Queens and Hempstead, including a hotel where one defendant worked, often using mismatched names.

Macayo Parrott, 51, of Glendale, Arizona; Robert Bowie, 50, of Phoenix, Arizona; Bruce Frazier, 51, of Hempstead; and Antwann Meyers, 45, of Queens were arrested and later arraigned on the charges.

Nassau County prosecutors say several of the intercepted packages were sent to a hotel in Queens where Meyers worked as a security guard, and that many shipments used names that did not match the listed addresses. Investigators traced the parcels to a phone allegedly used by Parrott, and say additional packages were delivered to Frazier’s Hempstead home.

Between 2023 and 2025, investigators believe more than 100 parcels containing suspected narcotics were shipped to 12 states, most of them to New York, including 21 sent to Nassau County.

In total, authorities say they seized more than 4,000 fentanyl pills, nearly two kilograms of fentanyl in brick form, about two kilograms of methamphetamine, and roughly one kilogram of cocaine.

Prosecutors also say the group used CashApp and bank accounts to move money, and that arrests in March 2026 led to the seizure of drugs, phones, and weapons tied to the operation.

Parrott is being held without bail and faces up to 25 years to life if convicted. Frazier faces up to 20 years in prison. Meyers could received up to 30 years in prison if convicted. While Bowie if convicted could serve up to 20 years in prison.
