There are some new features at Nassau Coliseum that you need to know before you go!

During a concert, the concourse gets really crowded. So, if you're looking for food, stay to the inside. If you're looking for a drink, walk on the outside. Or you can walk the inside ring, which runs all the way around the bowl.

You can also take the escalator down, or enter the lower level from the floor, to find more concessions and new big bathrooms next to the VIP Lounge. 

And if you need a little recharge after all that walking around, you can do it in the Jet Blue Overlook.

The coliseum also offers free Wi-Fi.

And if you happen to lose anything, or if you have any questions or need help, there's always someone at guest services right outside Gate 12.
