After a year away due to the pandemic, the annual Fourth of July Fireworks show at Jones Beach is exploding back.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the celebration will return to normal at 100% capacity on July 4 at 9:30 p.m.
"The Jovia Financial Credit Union Fireworks spectacular is going to start off right here at the central mall on a barge in the Atlantic Ocean, so the viewing is going to be fantastic from the beachfront," says George Gorman, of NYS Parks. "It is a 25-minute program similar to Macy's in the city, but it'll be better -- OK maybe I'm prejudiced -- but it'll be a great program."
The fireworks are included with the price of park admission
