The man charged with inappropriately touching children at a Medford T.J. Maxx is a repeat offender with a criminal history, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Jimmy Harry Velasquez Gomez, 44, was accused of sexually abusing victims at the store on three separate occasions. He has since pleaded not guilty.

ICE officials say he was previously convicted of indecent exposure. He has also been deported to Honduras twice since 2005.

He was indicted last week on additional charges and faces seven years in prison if convicted.

ICE officials say they have filed a detainer.
