Suffolk County policearrested a man Tuesday for allegedly sexually abusing three employees of an ice cream parlor at the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington Station.
Gian Nagpal, 49, of Dix Hills, was the manager of a Maggie Moos ice cream parlor when he inappropriately touched three teenage female employees in separate incidents, police said. A 17-year-old alleged victim reported it to the authorities on July 10. Police said further investigation revealed two more victims, ages 14 and 16.
Nagpal angrily denied the allegations, saying the girls are trying to take revenge for being fired. Nagpal said he fired them for showing up to work drunk and on drugs. However, police said the victims quit on their own.
Nagpal, a father of two, was arrested for two counts of third-degree sexual abuse.
