A Huntington Station bar plagued by crime has now lost its liquor license for at least three more years.
The State Liquor Authority says Melissa Tavern will remain dry through the year 2020.
Officials denied the owner's recent request to reinstate a liquor license because of its long history of violence.
Police say over the past five years there have been 127 reported incidents, including homicide, assault and robbery.
